Horizon Financial Bank is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Munich location this can be full or part time. This position performs a variety of duties while providing frontline services to customers. These services include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone
- Processing teller transactions
- Balancing a cash drawer
- Opening, maintenance, and closing deposit accounts (checking, savings, time deposits, IRA’s, etc.)
- Assist customers with ATM and Debit cards
- Assist customers with electronic banking products
Horizon Financial Bank is looking for a lender to join our team in Bismarck. Lender will be responsible for the management of an existing loan portfolio, largely comprised of agricultural, and commercial loans, and the future expansion of the portfolio. Lenders are expected to provide professional service to current and potential customers, to be knowledgeable in understanding financial statements, loan underwriting, and loan monitoring.
A bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics or similar field, or equivalent experience in lending is preferred. This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing excellent customer service. Must be self-motivated, have strong presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with others, and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.

Horizon Financial Bank is looking for a Loan Administrator in our Munich location. This position performs a variety of duties assisting lenders with the administration of loans. These services include but are not limited to:
- Process loans on account-opening software and other related forms for Lenders.
- Keep loan documentation orderly and complete in loan files; maintain tickler system for pending items; contact customers via letters to obtain outstanding items. Send paid-off loans and title to customers; satisfy mortgages.
- Manage and maintain transaction register for loan closing and disbursement spreadsheet and activity; submit payments to third parties.
- Generate adverse actions for Lenders.
- Process and present all necessary filing, recording, and acknowledgement instruments to public officials to perfect lien positions.
- Scanning loan documents to imaging system.
- Primary location contact for loan corrections. Review daily loan related reports; resolve errors and exceptions.
- Obtain consumer credit bureau reports on customers and potential customers for Lenders.
- Perform various activities of residential real estate transactions as delegated by RE Lender.
- Balance CDs in safekeeping.
- Attend seminars for professional development; participate in professional banking organizations and civic groups to enhance the bank’s visibility.
